I was charmed by the hotel's fantastic location. It made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions and recommendations (they know the city well!). The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, so I found something delicious each morning.

The room service menu was somewhat limited.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing

faulty remoteleaky sink

the housekeeping was definitely not up to par. the tv remote didnt work properly. also, the sink leaked water all over the floor whenever i used it for more than five minutes, pretty annoying. not what i expect when i pay good money for a room.
