The hotel was perfect for me, my wife, and two grown children. The rooms were much bigger, brighter, and more to my liking, very comfortable and warm with a great shower. The service was excellent, welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was excellent for access to all the main features of the Old town and was in a charming area. The dining experience was only ok, not outstanding. The facilities were good, with tours/ticket assistance available. However, the dining wasn't value for money.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of 4 and found the rooms to be huge, modern, and fairly basic but very clean, although they didn't exactly match the pictures. The service, especially from the younger staff members in the evening, was incredibly helpful in every aspect. The location is excellent, right in the center of downtown within walking distance to all the sights. The dining experience offered a good variety for an additional cost.
